Do performers practice pole dancing? If so where, and do they warm up? I just never really gave it much thought until right now. If any performers could chime in, it would be great.

Many do not warm up properly, although they should. If they are working they typically practice before or after work when the club is closed, or somewhere like a home or pole dance studio.

Thanks! I was wondering about this and didn't really know where to ask! I just thought it looked kind of intensive. Especially when they get into the complicated stuff. Though I admit I like the show!

Intensive definately, but so much fun!!!

I got a pole for my house so that I could take the extra time to learn new tricks and practice them enough to do at work without hurting myself lol! It's a fantastic workout and it really makes you feel so much sexier when you know you can pull out some dirty little tricks on the pole!
